Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Products must be unused and in original packaging for the return to be approved.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a pickup and process the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the product is received back.
Products that are assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless defective.
